Season 1: Episode 3 "Heath Care"

Michael lost my respects in this episode, I mean he couldn't pick a health care plan for his employee and instead had Dwight, who is an employee, do it for him. He did not show his true leadership skills that are need to be shown as a manager. I was upset when he locked himself in the office all day and toyed with his employees that he had a big surprise, where in reality he did not. I did not like Michael in this episode, this was worse than what he did for diversity day. I don't think as a manager he knows what he is doing, which is bad, but I love the way he tries to communicate with his employees because he just comes up with the most corniest lines ever. After watching this episode though I feel that he needs to either step down as manager or make changes for the better or just keep toying with his employees, I am surprised that they keep up with this, if I worked for Michael I would of left, even though he may be funny at times I still would of left. My advice for Michael is that just get your act together and don't get in trouble. I feel like one more bad move and he may get fired, which I don't want.

Jim is still trying to hit on Pam, I just feel like he won't stop. Just hope her fiancé won't find out or Pam makes a move that will put her wedding in jeopardy. We'll see what happens with that but I like that Jim is contributing more to the office instead of just being boring and talking to Pam all day, I love that he stood up to Dwight to ask to chain the health care plan. I still think he is boring though, he's not as funny as Michael is, even though things may not go the way he wants it to be, but crazy enough his employees deal with him, well beside the health care incident, but even then they all go with the flow on what Michael says, even Jim. But Jim is not like the others he knows what's going on, I can sense that Jim is going to have a big roll soon, he'll do more than what he does right now. My advice for him is to keep on doing him but like in the last post, make more moves that will benefit him in the long run or unless if he wants to leave then let him leave then.
