Season 1: Episode 6 "Hot Girl" *Season finale*

This was not another good episode for Michael, he tried to get at Kathy but it didn't work out at the end. I just feel that he's just not good at communicating because nothing goes his way, especially when he is talking to women, he's just trying too hard and making rude comments once again. I just felt bad that Kathy told him towards the end that she didn't need a ride because Jim was going to take her, if that happened to me I would of been sad for the rest of the week. After watching every episode from this season I don't think there has been one instance where something went Michael way, he just keeps on as they say "taking L's" which means he just keeps on taking loses in every situation he is in. As I've been saying everything is going to keep on going downhill for Michael, next season it's not  going to be well, I like him it's just that his actions and his comments is not going to make him last long as a manager. He is funny though, after watching every episode he's still one of my favorites because he's funny, yeah they may be bad jokes that he makes but it's funny just seeing things not go his way and people just getting mad at him. I am just keep on advising him to make right decisions, do not any more silly things that will cost your job.

Jim on the other hand is improving a lot in comparison to the first episode, this episode went well for him. As I think of season 2 I feel that Jim is going to have a much bigger role and is going to make moves that are going to benefit it. I feel proud for him, besides Michael being my favorite I think I can make a case that he is better than Michael. It's funny because he ended up with Kathy, while Michael is over here trying super hard to impress her with his new Starbucks coffee maker and asking her for a ride home. Jim was just himself when him and Kathy first talked and she just felt attracted by him. What's even more funny was that Pam is now jealous, she's engaged but after this episode she doesn't want to anymore, she doesn't want to admit it but she wants to be with Jim, but Jim is going out with Kathy instead because he doesn't want to be with Pam, he tried to somewhat flirt, wasn't that bad but still he had feelings, and now that his fiance hates him he's just backing off and minding his own business. My advice for Jim is to keep on doing what he's doing, if Kathy is too crazy then back away but keep on doing what you're doing right now. I just have a feeling he's going to have a bigger role in season 2. Whether it be at work or his social life, he is not going to be boring like he was in the first 3 episode, he's going to put himself out there.

Season 1: Episode 5 "Basketball"

Michael was pretty funny in this episode. I like that he was confident when him and his employees were playing a pick up game of basketball with the guys at the warehouse but he just played horrible, he had no what so ever skills of shooting or passing the basketball. It was funny that he would get mad at his employees when they took a shot and made it that they didn't pass the ball to him because he was wide open. He still made really bad jokes before the game when he was picking teams and during the game. I lost my respect for him for a bit when he got elbowed to the face by accident and ended the game and called an automatic win for him, which meant that the warehouse people would have to come in on a saturday to work. But then the warehouse guys got mad and squared him up and then Michael changed his mind because he got scared that they would beat him up. He really just threw his own employees under the bus and made then work saturday, that was a bad move on him. If I was on his side I would of been mad but then he told his employees that no one is coming on saturday which at the end is good but I don't think corporate is going to appreciate that. My advice for him is what i've been saying, he needs to be careful in what he does because I've said he do one move that will get him fired, watch.

Jim was not bad in this episode. I like how he squared up on Pam fiance when they were playing basketball, and was actually scoring but at the end Michael screwed it up for everyone. I still don't know why he is still talking to Pam, I feel like Pam is starting to like him too so I don't know what is going to happen between them, I advice that he needs to take it easy, don't be a homewrecker. My prediction is that he may get together with Pam but I don't know if its going to be good for the both of them. I like that Michael gave him the job for assigning people to work on the weekend, it shows that he is making his way up in the office. He's becoming more of an important role.

Season 1: Episode 4 "The Alliance"

Michael just keeps on trying to be nice but his jokes are just going too far. I thought it was nice that he threw a party for Meredith but planning it out, he was already acting horrible with getting a ice cream cake even though he knew that Meredith was allergic to diary products. And then at the party she read what he wrote down at the card and it was a bad joke, like really bad. And then he insisted after that he had more jokes he could of said on the card so he pulls out a piece of paper and starts to say the other jokes he had and they were even worse than the one he had wrote originally on the card. After 4 episodes my perception on Michael is that I think he is funny but he's just a goof ball who jokes around the office but sometimes take it a little too far at times. And I don't think he doesn't know what he is doing around the office as a manager. My advice for him is that he needs to be careful in what he says/do because I am telling you it's going to bite him soon, he may lose his job because of the things he says and dues. My prediction for Michael is that he's still going to act silly and say things that may not seem offensive to him but in reality it is, but as i'm saying his position may be in jeopardy. The downsizing that his corporate is ta;king about, maybe it's on, maybe they want to fire him he just doesn't know.

Jim got played in this episode. It was pretty funny that he was toying with Dwight into forming an Alliance just to make Dwight do absurd things but towards the end the tables turned drastically as he was laughing with Pam and his fiancé came into the office and was mad that Jim was getting close to her and giggling. Jim explained that he was forming a fake alliance to try to calm down the situation and as he speaking Dwight right there and Pam fiance ask Dwight if this is true and he said he had no idea what Jim was talking about, which led to Pam fiance leaving in anger and took Pam with him. I felt that it was good that Jim is starting to be more interesting as the episodes move along, he's becoming boring as I thought he would be but I warned him that trying to get at Pam is not going to work and looked what happened. My advice to him is that he needs to apologize to the fiance if he wants to be friends with Pam again. With Dwight he needs to say sorry as well for being mean to him. My prediction for Jim is that he is going to start to get more interesting, maybe he will be more active in the office as in work wise or just messing around too. I still think it's funny even though the actions he do maybe harsh.

Season 1: Episode 3 "Heath Care"

Michael lost my respects in this episode, I mean he couldn't pick a health care plan for his employee and instead had Dwight, who is an employee, do it for him. He did not show his true leadership skills that are need to be shown as a manager. I was upset when he locked himself in the office all day and toyed with his employees that he had a big surprise, where in reality he did not. I did not like Michael in this episode, this was worse than what he did for diversity day. I don't think as a manager he knows what he is doing, which is bad, but I love the way he tries to communicate with his employees because he just comes up with the most corniest lines ever. After watching this episode though I feel that he needs to either step down as manager or make changes for the better or just keep toying with his employees, I am surprised that they keep up with this, if I worked for Michael I would of left, even though he may be funny at times I still would of left. My advice for Michael is that just get your act together and don't get in trouble. I feel like one more bad move and he may get fired, which I don't want.

Jim is still trying to hit on Pam, I just feel like he won't stop. Just hope her fiancé won't find out or Pam makes a move that will put her wedding in jeopardy. We'll see what happens with that but I like that Jim is contributing more to the office instead of just being boring and talking to Pam all day, I love that he stood up to Dwight to ask to chain the health care plan. I still think he is boring though, he's not as funny as Michael is, even though things may not go the way he wants it to be, but crazy enough his employees deal with him, well beside the health care incident, but even then they all go with the flow on what Michael says, even Jim. But Jim is not like the others he knows what's going on, I can sense that Jim is going to have a big roll soon, he'll do more than what he does right now. My advice for him is to keep on doing him but like in the last post, make more moves that will benefit him in the long run or unless if he wants to leave then let him leave then.

Season 1: Episode 2 "Diversity Day"

Michael was just trying too hard in this episode, I feel like he was just trying to show that he can accept diversity at his workplace but in actuality he can't. He was just trying too hard. He had me laughing but I felt that he was pushing the envelope too much in this episode. I just thinks he needs to chill and just let his employees do their job and not say anymore racial slurs that would offend anyone, even if he's just joking around. That would be may advice for him, After watching this episode I still think he's funny and is my favorite but he just needs to calm down a bit. Doing the indian accent to Kelly was too much. My prediction for Michael is that he is still going to act silly around the office but I'm sensing that his position and company will be in jeopardy soon. He needs to start to realize that he can not joke around anymore, well he still can but not as much as he is doing right now.

Jim showed some romantic emotions to Pam, I know that he likes her but she's engaged. I think he also needs to cool down and just settle to be friends because I don't think that Pam would giver up her fiancé, even know that she has wedding planned out, too risky to make a move for Jim. Maybe if she miraculously breaks up with her fiancé then maybe but as of now, needs to lay low and keep his emotions of falling in low with her on the low. I like how when he was talking to the new guy he thought he was saying that Pam was cute but it was the girl that they were watching in the video. He has Pam running in his mind, which is not good. Moving on from that I like how Jim though is determined to get sales for him and the company, even though it may be just one sale he does all year, which is kind of sad. But I like the determination he has, I just feel that he needs to put himself more out their if he wants to earn more sales and make more money because if I was him I'd be so bored at work all day just doing nothing and only having one big sale a year. Well maybe that's the way he likes it so I can't judge too much. My advice for him is to not to think about Pam too much and do more around the office, just don't do your normal routine of just sitting at the desk doing nothing and fighting with Dwight. I predict that he's still going to probably be boring and still try to get at Pam, even though he knows she's engaged. I'm hoping Pam doesn't find out and doesn't talk to him because that would destroy him if Pam doesn't talk to him forever he'd probably quit.

Season 1: Episode 1 "Pilot"

Watching this episode made me like Michael a lot. He's just super funny to me, yeah he doesn't seem as organize as a boss should be but I love that he doesn't care and just wants to have fun on the job. After watching this episode it made me want to see what will happen to Michael next, hopefully the company doesn't shut down because to the honest without Dunder Mifflin paper I don't think Michael would be working anywhere else. The one thing that I didn't like though, that he did was when he told Pam that she was fired but then altering watching her cry he said he was just kidding. That was messed up, as a boss you should act a little more professional than that. My advice for Michael is to not to be too laid back and just crack jokes to his co-workers all day, needs to take his position a little bit more serious. But I still think he is funny. My prediction for Michael is that he is end up having to fire some people because business is going to be at a downfall and he's going to have to find some way to save money so he's going to have to fire some of his employees. I'm hoping it's not Jim but we will see what happens. I feel like that corporate is going to keep on warning Michael about having to downgrade but Michael is going to continue to ignore them until they officially him to cut down employees, which is going to suck.

Jim seems like a person who does not like his job but has no where else to go because he needs the money and is attracted to Pam, who is engaged but he didn't find out till almost the end of the episode when her fiancé came to her work to pick her up. Jim is a little trickster as well which I like and I like the feud he has between him and Dwight, I think it's hilarious that they both hate each other. It was funny what he did with the jell-o and Dwight stapler. I like Jim but he's not as funny and crazy like Michael, he's somewhat more laid back and boring, but I feel like he's going to make things interesting, by his actions, around the office once the show goes on. If I have any advice for him is to not to be scared to go at Pam, at the end of the day they can be friends, he doesn't have to go out with her, maybe Pam will introduce him to a friend of her that he may like, who knows? All I'm saying is that they can be good friends and just because she's engaged doesn't stop anything for going after her, when it comes down for Jim.
